SHARE CAPITAL As at 31 December 2009, the share capital in Tricorona AB amounted to SEK 14,674,210 divided between 146,742,098 shares, each with a nominal value of SEK 0.10. All the shares entail equal rights to a share in the company's assets and profits. At the Annual General Meeting, each individual entitled to vote may vote for the full number of votes corresponding to the shares owned and represented by this individual, with no restrictions regarding the number of votes.
