Climate Assured by Tricorona
"Climate Assured by Tricorona" is an all-embracing label for companies, services, events or products that take climate responsibility.
Many large companies are ISO-certified and produce annual sustainability reports to communicate the economic, environmental and social impacts of their organisation’s day to day business, as well as efforts, goals and progress made in these areas. These Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) related activities can be abstract and difficult to measure and see the real effects of.
Our Climate Assurance service climate-proofs companies, events and products in order to concretise some of the CSR work. Climate Assurance is a holistic approach made in four steps:
1. We help you calculate your emissions
2. We develop an action plan to reduce those emissions
3. We offset the emissions that remain, and
4. We help you communicate the achievements and inspire others to do the same
The Climate Assured label is valid for one year and must then be renewed. This is necessary because carbon emissions change constantly, need to be recalculated and lowered over time.
Climate Assurance is the most comprehensive service we offer, and the companies, products and events that have the Climate Assured label are those that are at the forefront in terms of their climate work.
