  2009-07-21 Possible Offer for EcoSecurities Group plcTricorona AB (publ) has for some time reviewed the possibility of making an offer for EcoSecurities Group plc, an Irish company listed on AIM in the United Kingdom. Tricorona has now announced the following statement pursuant to Rule 2.4 of the Irish Takeover Code: "Tricorona AB (publ) notes the announcements regarding EcoSecurities Group plc ("EcoSecurities") made by Guanabara Holdings B.V. and confirms that it is reviewing the situation regarding the possibility of making an offer for EcoSecurities. This announcement does not constitute an announcement of a firm intention to make an offer under Rule 2.5 of the Irish Takeover Rules and, at this stage, there can be no certainty that an offer or any other transaction will occur. A further announcement will be made in due course." This statement does not in any way oblige Tricorona to make an offer for EcoSecurities. It was announced for information purposes only in response to an announcement of a firm intention to make an offer for EcoSecurities by Guanabara Holdings B.V. on 16 July 2009.
