  2009-12-03 Change in number of shares in TricoronaThe holders of the convertible subordinated loan totalling SEK 13.4 million issued on 31 December 2002 have demanded conversion and in exchange received 3,339,055 new shares in Tricorona. During the period 6 November to 2 December, Tricorona has also repurchased 3,551,483 shares in accordance with the authorization given by the Annual General Meeting on 28 April 2009. The total number of outstanding shares as per 2 December 2009 for trading thereby amounts to 143,190,615.
