Comment from Tricorona’s Board of Directors regarding the public offer from Opcon AB (publ)

The Board of Directors of Tricorona has today noted that Opcon has submitted a public offer for all shares in Tricorona AB (“Tricorona”).

The Tricorona Board of Directors will now make an assessment of the offer and revert, before the end of the acceptance period, with a recommendation to the shareholders in Tricorona.
