  2007-11-29 Tricorona divests ANA ÄdelmetallTricorona have entered into an agreement with K.A Rasmussen A.S, Norways biggest supplier of precious metals, to divest all shares in ANA Ädelmetall AB, the leading recycler of precious metals in Sweden. The transaction is in accordance with Tricoronas strategy to streamline its operations to focus on investment and trading in environmental related market instruments. The transfer of the operation will take place on November 30 2007. The divestment will have a negative impact on the earnings in the fourth quarter. On the other hand it will have a positive effect on the cash-flow.
